Media Release: Sapien Technology

The Australian agricultural industry is undergoing rapid technological advancement, with an array of new innovations available to farmers to assist them in driving their businesses forward. The livestock sector is one to benefit from management software solutions that focus on providing insights to enable producers to continuously improve their enterprises.

The Farm Table’s Innovation Hub – Accelerate –  will enable farmers to compare and contrast agricultural technologies and software on the market to aid future investment decisions.  Farmers can also browse articles and reports from across the country and the world to enable them to feel more confident about the options available to them.

Live on November 9, the Farm Table is being launched with the support of key sponsors, Sapien Technology. Sapien Technology create innovative animal management software solutions for the livestock supply chain and their systems are built to be both practical and easy to use. They supply EID and individual animal management on farm for studs, breeders, finishers and feedlotters as well as software, apps and custom developments for live exporters, agents, saleyards, consultants, processors and retailers.

Sapien is the go-to partner for both agribusiness and industry bodies including the likes of Te Mania Angus, Coles and Victorian Livestock Exchange where they have provided advice, software, technical capability and ongoing support and services for significant successful projects.

Robert Wyld, Managing Director of Sapien Technology, understands the value of aggregating information into a single, online repository.

“We are proud to support Airlie’s initiative to create a go-to online resource with The Farm Table, to give producers a rich source of information to make better decisions and facilitate growth and efficiency in the industry,” stated Rob.
