So, what’s Farm Table all about?

So, what’s Farm Table all about?

From an idea conceived five years ago, Farm Table is now all grown up.

The new look Farm Table ecosystem will make the online experience for farmers more accessible, efficient and rewarding.

For Airlie Landale, Founder Farm Table, the problem plaguing easy access to Australian agricultural information, resources and opportunities online remained and she is committed to bridge this gap properly to make the web a better place for farmers.

Airlie was excited by the future of farming, but, as a young farmer felt overwhelmed by the time required to access to better information and resources she needed to grow her knowledge.

Based on three years of market research gained from the first iteration of the Farm Table, feedback from farmers and her own experiences, the Farm Table will focus on adding value to farmers in four key areas:

Ag Knowledge Library

An extensive agriculture database aggregating resources from across Australia and the world to help farmers build knowledge while on-farm.

Ag Funding

A national training, events and grants hub to help reduce the search costs involved with seeking opportunities off-farm.

Ag Tech Hub

A comprehensive technology and software library so farmers can compare and contrast agricultural technologies and software on the market to aid future investment decisions.

Farmer eXchange: Online Community

A web-based application to exchange ideas, ask questions, connect with others and share knowledge online.

No longer do farmers, student or agribusinesses professionals need to spend hours upon hour searching for the answers the need across the infinitely endless web. The Farm Table does that work for the industry.

The Farm Table is preparing to launch on November 9 2017 via a national livestream with the support of her foundational partners and launch sponsors.
